Affiliate = Any company not involved as an agent in real estate transactions, but has an interest in the real estate industry, such as financial institutions, mortgage and title companies, home warranty companies, contractors, printing firms and insurance companies/ PAR Affiliate members hold membership only at PAR and must apply separately for AAR and NAR Affiliate membership if desired. Affiliate membership at PAR is a company membership, rather than an individual membership, and any employee of the Affiliate company may be involved in the Association.
